Cookie Policy
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our website. They help us provide a better experience.
2. Cookies We Use
- Essential: Required for authentication and language preferences.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4 uses
_gaand_ga_*cookies to distinguish pseudonymous visitors and maintain session state. Microsoft Clarity uses_clckto maintain a pseudonymous visitor identifier and_clskto connect page views into a session recording. These cookies are set only after you accept analytics. - Preferences: Remember your settings like locale and display options.
3. Managing Cookies
On your first visit, we ask whether you consent to optional analytics cookies. Rejecting them does not affect essential website functions. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” button. Withdrawing consent prevents further analytics tracking and removes the analytics cookies accessible to XPoint. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may prevent some features from working.
4. Providers and Retention
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Its analytics cookies are configured with a maximum lifetime of up to two years, subject to browser limits. Microsoft Clarity is provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. Its visitor cookie may last up to one year and its session cookie normally lasts one day. Provider retention periods and safeguards may change; consult the providers’ privacy documentation for current details.

Optional Google Ads Measurement
Updated 4 October 2026. If you accept ads measurement in Cookie settings, we use Google Ads conversion measurement to evaluate our campaigns. Google may process ad click identifiers, cookie identifiers, page and device information, and an opaque reference for a successfully submitted consultation request. We do not include your name, email address, phone number, or form answers in the Google Ads conversion event. Enhanced conversions and ad personalization are not enabled.
Analytics and ads measurement are separate optional choices. Google Ads measurement stays off unless you accept it. You can refuse or withdraw consent through Cookie settings without affecting essential website functions. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google is a recipient of measurement data and may process it outside the EEA subject to applicable transfer safeguards. See Google Privacy Policy and Google advertising cookies for provider information and cookie lifetimes. The consent preference is stored for up to 180 days.
